Casa Gianni is very close to Alba, but also to Barolo, Barbaresco ad all beautiful langa wine cellar. Casa Gianni start working in october 2022, after one year restyling process started in September 2021 by Gianluca Marabita architect, in memory of his dear father GIANNI, the owner, commissioning the house in 1990th and living there til 2008 with his family. Today Gianni house has been trasformed into a wonderful charme house, it's arranged in two different floors, with a very large living room at the ground floor and four bedrooms on the first floor, including two large suites, both with bathroom and a two-room apartment with shared bathroom. Casa Gianni claim also a large outdoor area, it's completely free on all its sides, has a large courtyard, a lot of freshly sown garden and an equipped outdoor dehor.
